In addition to being Diplomats of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, one of the 24 approved Member Boards of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), they are also Fellows of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and Active Members of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). These are the preeminent, legitimate organizations in plastic surgery and only fully trained and qualified individuals are offered membership.
