46 y/o lady who desired a mommy makeover. After having 4 children she wanted her breasts to look perkier, and her abdomen and waistline to look slimmer. She underwent bilateral mastopexy (breast lift), abdominoplasty with muscle plication, and liposuction of her upper abdomen and flanks (love handles). These photos were taken 13 months postop.
